I have a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, a psychodynamic-oriented graduate school and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. I hold membership in the Center for Object Relations (COR), Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study (NWAPS), Northwestern Psychoanalytic Society & Institute (NPSI) and APA Division 39 Society for Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychology.

In my work, I consult with a supervisor on a weekly basis, Julie Hendrickson, MA, LMHC, FIPA and participate in a long-term psychoanalytic bi-monthly consultation group led by Judy Eekhoff, Ph.D, FIPA. I undergo my own personal psychoanalytic work.
